What we sell

We sell curated, mostly pre-owned fashion, plus the occasional new piece. Every piece is one of one. Nothing is restocked, so what you see is the only one.

Your account

Give us accurate information and keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Pieces, grading and prices

We grade every piece honestly, photograph flaws and give measurements in centimetres. Prices are in Naira. Because each piece is one of one, it can be sold before your order is confirmed. If that happens we will tell you and help you find something else. If we spot a pricing or description mistake we may correct it before confirming your order.

Ordering and payment

Adding a piece to your selection and tapping checkout sends us your request. It is not a confirmed order yet. We confirm the order, agree payment and arrange delivery with you on WhatsApp. A piece is yours once we have confirmed the order and received payment.

Delivery

Delivery costs are quoted as a range on the site and confirmed with you before you pay. Delivery times are estimates, not promises, and can be affected by things outside our control.

Returns

You can return a piece within 7 days of receiving it. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange it. Please send the piece back in the condition you received it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Nigerian consumer law.

Using the site

Please do not misuse the site, try to break or overload it, copy it in bulk, or post anything unlawful, abusive or misleading in comments or uploads.

What you share with us

You keep ownership of photos and comments you submit. By posting them you let us display them on the site and in our content. You promise you have the right to share them.

Our content

The Jaunty Spot name, logo, designs, photos and writing belong to us. Please ask before using them.

Our responsibility

We take care to describe every piece accurately. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for the site being unavailable from time to time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State will deal with any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
